it shouldn't make much difference where the trap is. Try it on the sand sometimes and on the rocks other times.

Got my camcorder onto it last night, infared type setup with the playback on the the telly !!!

Nothing at all, but brilliant watching the Hermit crabs scavange for the prawn on the end of fishing line. Even had my fishing hat on

Anyhows, nothing caught in the trap this morning.

What i did see though were a few worms sticking out of the rock, which would slip back in now and again. Take it these are just harmless beasties?

most worms in the tank are harmless but if you see any really big ones with a set of hook like jaws then get them out. And don't use your fingers on them coz they bite. They resemble something out of a sci-fi movie and if they grew to 6ft long I wouldn't go outside without a shotgun Fortunately they only grow to a foot or so long but they can kill things if they catch them.
