Bettas Friends

I'm thinking of putting some corries in with my betta. He needs more friends other than that thermometer.

Can anyone give any recommendations as to which fish are really good tank mates for male betta? It would really help me and save money.

Inkspot seems to like my little plastic keyring Pikachu. He'll nuzzle up to the glass right next to it. All the other bettas run away from it. I can't put it in his bowl because the ears are pointy and I don't know if the paint or plastic will alter the water chemistry, so I just put it right next to the bowl. I'll post a picture of that sometime.

Can bettas go in with platties?

I have an african dwarf frog in with one of my betta's. They get along great except for at feeding time. They sometimes fight over the bloodworms.

yes plattys will work good with a betta

panda cories stay small

just buy sum small corys they dont grow to fast and wen they get to big just trade them back in for a new one.
