ok i have a 10 gallon tank with 11 cherry shrimp, nerite zebra snail, 6 male endlers and one white male betta... and this morning when i was feeding i notices 2 white spots on each of the bettas clear pectoral fins that i dont remember ever seening...

my water starts are:
Ammonia 0 ppm
Nitrite 0 ppm
pH 7.4
NItrate 5 ppm (never let it get over 10)
Temp 78 F

weekly 25 percent water changes

its a planted tank...

i Quarantined the betta... this tank is a 3 gallon but does not have a heater, or a filter... so i would do daily water changes (you think 100 percent or just 50 perent?)... i stole the bubbler from my turtle tank to give him some movement in the water... (what he"s used too...) i know he doesnt need the bubbler but i thought it would make him more comfortable...

because of the shrimp i can not treat the whole tank....

im going to leave here in like an hour to get ich meds for him as long as stuffs open (is a holiday weekend here)

i have posted in the emergency section too....
My link

any other suggestions?

Yeah BethK is right, try upping the temp (not all at once, maybe over a day) in QT as well as your main tank. Keeping the tank dark can help too, does something to the cycle of the Ich parasite

he said its not heated or filtered.
50% waterchange every day (even every other day if you cut back on feeding) should be sufficient. dont put substrate in the q tank if possible.
just use the ich meds. they work well. keep an eye on him.
honestly tho, likely the parasite is in the maintank already. if you could remove the shrimp (and put in q tank, will do fine with no heater too) and treat the tank, would be so much better. esp if you can up the temp as stated above. then just do plenty of waterchanges after the meds are done (or better run fresh carbon for a few days, change carbon and run again, before replacing the shrimp), you'll be fine with using meds on the main tank.
cheers and best of luck.

well i did a 50 percent waterchange this morning dechloriated and stress coat... (i have never had a betta in an unflitered tank) and added more API super ick remover...

i did up the temp in my main tank to 82 and after work today ill up it to 84 and if everone is handleing it well 86 later tonight... just to be safe with the rest of the fishys.... i have just had very back luck in the past treating the whole tank so i am keeping a very very close eye on my endlers and the rest of the tank mates....

my betta is still very active so all seems well... everytime i move him or rearrange he takes about 2 days flareing and anything he can... even the surfuce of the water.. lol so at least hes still acting normal for him...

i do have a small amount of gravel which i will remove after work... i also gave him a rock cave and 2 fake that i no longer use... he hasnt been rubbing at all at least that i have noticed... and i still only notice the cysts on this pectoral fins sence they are clear... but having a white betta makes it a little difficult

well woke up this morning to an endler with a white spot right infront of his dorsal fin so i now have the betta back in the main tank and am now treating the whole tank shrimp and all so i have my fingers crossed that the shrimp survive... i dosed with API super ich cure (liguid) before i left for work and just getting home i havent seen any ill effects to the shrimp... i have the temp set for 86 F but it has yet to get over 84F... (using a digital thermometer) got rid of me filter cartridge because it contained carbon... so hoping my ammonia and nitrite dont spike... my sister has my test kits so ill have to wait till tomorrow to get them back...

all the spots seem to be gone off the betta
and since hes out of the QT tank i am bleaching it so its ready if i need it again...

i guess ill keep you all posted... thanks for the help so far
