Betta Water condition

what water do i need to start my betta tank

like is tap water fine or use conditiner with tap water or get water out of my other fish tank ???

i use tap water conditioned with Amequel and Novaqua(i think thats what it is called)

aquarium salt is good to use according to the directions. i also us aquarisol to prevent disease. the base conditioners are ok tho.
