Betta lost its caudal fin

HIGH! one of my bettas has ripped off its back fin or lost it. It doesnt seem like fin rot or anything but what should i use to help make it heal better?

just anti bacterial stuff like melafix to prevent it from getting rot or infection. should grow back. how did this happen
