Well my moms fiend got those betta vases, And ask me to give her Ruby my CT male, Ad I told her hell no, So shes mad but in-case no-one knows what a betta vase is heres a pic---What do u think?

Thats cruel and unusual punishment. Is your betta having a hard time with the law? Because thats like betta jail. That's like being forced to live in a small pit with tree roots coming down through the middle. Glad you said no, and it's your fish anyway

Betta's are not herbivores, and require a meaty diet to stay healthy, they also need access to the waters surface, because they cannot breath otherwise. Betta's are also TROPICAL fish, and need sustained heat around 78 degrees (typical vase that small is usually around 62-68) and good filtration.
Having the plants set up like that makes me believe she will not be doing any water changes soon either

Well im planing to steal it in a ziplock bag, Since shes my neighbor, The betta she got in there is a doubletail, Or a betta with a split tail, Im going to say it jump out.

find an owner for it so you wont get caught with the goods or better yet go to wal mart buy a dead one and swap them out.

Fish are pets, not ornaments. Would she keep a dog in cupboard?

get her a good book on keeping bettas properly, and if she doesn't change her mind, have the dog break the vase and 'rescue' the betta yourself
