Best Way To Dim Lighting (Budget)

i tried the paper earlier and it dims it perfectly. enough to bring my loaches out from the shade of my logs

for LED lighting there's some very cheap dimmers on ebay .. iv just done mine for £3 posted from the uk as well .

ye to right , i only get the chance to get on here when im at my other place where the tanks are so am nomally i bit drunk and have loads of silly questions but everyone is happy to help and give great answers , iv learnt loads and i think my fish are happy .
