I have decided to go for the reactor the guy I am getting the rest of my LR from has but I am wondering what phos stuff is better or people refer? I like the look of seachem as I was told it will change colour which alerts you it needs changing.

I know nothing about this stuff so can any one give me an idiots guide to it and how often to change and why its better than Chaeto?

or phosban or rowphos :good:

Change every month to six months - test and it will soon become apparent if it needs changing.

Oh and by the way, most of it needs rinsing first, learn from my mistake

I will take note of that Seffie :D
Sorry from that link which one is it I am looking at? Sorry complete noob here as to what I need. Ideally cheapest that works well if you get me! No phos in tank atm and will do as much as I can to keep it down, i.e not using the water I defrost fod in etc. So hopefully I wont have high readings :D
