he peed!!!!!!!!!!!!!
and not just droplets!
it was almost a normal sized pee!
i almost cried

The things we animal people get excited about! LOL Your cat peed and you're so happy you're nearly crying I totally understand! Very happy to hear that your kitty is doing better; very, very happy! (I love the nodding smily!)

hey i just have to say that your cat is adorable and i hope that he gets better really soon. i am sure he will. we had a pursian pure bred before and we had to put him to sleepw hen he was only 4 years old. he had hip desplasia and it would have costed us $3,000 to get him fixed, and it wasn't guarenteed. it was a hard process to go through and 4 years later i still miss him, Copper, so much. He had the same color eyes are oskar. anyway we now have a hymalian cat, and i couldn't believe the resemblance from my cat now, Abby, and your cat oskar. Abby will be two on aug.24th.

Are persion cats expensive those all Look like my cat almmosy exactly(she might be a bit fatter ) My dog found her, she was a stay my dog (huskey) and her play its funny

this cat here, abby, we got her for free. she is hymalian. we paid a big buck for my pure bred pursian... need i say more
pure breds tend to have a lot of problems and unfortunately copper had quite a few probs... i still get teary thinking about it. i dont think abby is pure bred hymalian but she is probably close.

himylian and persian are bred from the same cat, so although the look a bit different they are very closely related
my cat was bred from a purebred persian and a purebred himylian
the two were so closely related that we were told it may be the same case where they are extra sensitive like purebreds and my be prone to getting sertain things
he was a runt
they didn't expect him to survive and they thought he was a girl
we got him for $50
he could fit in the palm of your hand with room to spair
he looked like a face on a ball of fluff and feet
no legs, just feet (his hair was long and his legs were really stumpy)

anyways yeah
abby is adorable,
she looks identical to oskar when she is sleeping
she has a bit more femanine face when she's awake though

i thought you guys would like to know,
oskar is peeing his full amounts
(some bigger then a baseball )
he is almost done his meds
he has one more pill tonight and 3 more days of syringes
the vet wants him on 2/3 soft food, 1/3 dry food until we finish this bag and we get him a better "less ash for prevention of urinary tract infection" brand
its gunna cost a fortune but it is worth it and probably will save alot in vet bills in the future
but for now he is in his glory
he's not a big eater but he's been packing on the pounds and eats every drop
its like watching the cartoon cats smack their face into a pile of mush and graze for what seems like forever
before the soft food he only ate about half a cup of dry food a day (half the recomended amount for a cat his size
he's now like picking up a bag of potatoes
