Bad Luck Comes In 3's For Sure!

Florida Keys. My aunt/uncle/cousins (all divers) live in Ft Lauderdale. So I'm gonna visit the fam and get in some dives. Mostly off Key Largo likely. If we have time/weather, I'll be doing my advanced cert :D

Oh, here we go, enjoy this snapshot for my forecast:

lol, try coming to the windy city..... Snow, rain, snow rain mix, ice storms, snow, rain, icestorm mix, rain, next day freezing, icy.... Hey, and its only in the middle of December!

That's funny, last time I was in Chicago it was like perfect movie weather. Like that perfect cold where you can wear mittens and scarves and make a snow man but you're not miserable. Same with Manhattan...I like to just pretend it's like that year-round :D Btw it was 82 here today, the thermometer in the kitchen where I work hit 94 degrees at one point.

You all quit your bitching... it was minus forty C, with (and sometimes without) the wind chill here a week ago. Where my Dad used to work (mountainous terrain) minus 100 C with wind chill wasn't unheard of, and anecdotally it was once even colder than that.

you quite your bitching, were smart enough not to live at those places :)

If it was that cold here I'd be moving!
Believe me, I would if I could... also it has nothing to do with being "smart", it has to do with not being able to pick up and leave whenever the hell we happen to feel like it, that is being tied to our place of birth... Also, the word "smart" when said with it's real meaning, 'the ability to adapt to one's environment' certainly makes us frozen people much "smarter" than you warm dudes. :p So my original point being, quit bitching about your 2-digit temperatures 'cause when we get that in the winter we're pretty damn happy with it ya bunch of wimps!

untie, or use scissors and cut your special bond with your birthplace.... think of the CHILDREN!!!!

Easier said than done... I'll probably end up moving as soon as I can but for now I'm stuck. Being sixteen I can't exactly hop on a jet to Hawai'i, build myself a house and sit back and get a tan now can I?
