OK so basically, i think he has Ich and is currently being treated for Ich. You cannot see the little white dots so well on the photo.

However I'm a little worried as Triple B has slowed right down, become very timid and his fins are looking black and haggered.

Is there anything i should be doing?

I'll be continuing treatment of 'Waterlife Protozin' until Saturday as per instructions. but following that i intend to do daily water changes for a week.

please check this thread for more pictures but i also need to know if i can treat both at the same time

Ich is an immediate problem always. If left untreated it will result in death of the infested fish. Start treatment right away using either salt or one of the patent medicine cures. I have a li\nk in my signature area called Ich Info that will tell you all about the life cycle of ich and how the treatments prevent it being carried out fully, thus giving us a cure. The parasite can be readily killed off with no ill effects to your fish. After that, pristine water is the best and most common cure for many of the fungal problems our fish encounter.
