Bad Bad News....

I was thinking about getting together any redipts you have aswell but what if the price of the things she had have gone up then again the prices may of gone down. but whatever you decide to do you have a lot of support and done be tempted to rush things to get them back to normal

thanks everyone for your support...its VERY nice to know that all of you are behind me on this....be a college student and this being my frist couple months away from home entirely...haha this is all quite overwhelming and frustrating....Its comforting to know you all are with me here :) Thanks....

We discussed with the owner of the company about what had happened....and all in all...he said they will replace anything and everything that was destroyed....So lucky me...since im miss budgeter...haha I have a file that I keep ALL my expenses in...I have every recipet down to the last bloodworm....Which I am incredibly thankful for! I have written out a list of the things destroyed...things damaged...and estimated number of fish I lost....(since my parents told me to do this to help show why so much money went into things like BBS and things like that....) So we have a full report ready to go....as for the legal stand point..we have a lawyer involved...but being that my parents are with me....they are prertty much the ones who have been intouch with him....I believe when we have our next meeting with the company we are bringing him along since thats when we are going over expenses...as from what the lawyer said....he believes the company will be considering other expenses being covered (i.e. since i have no cooking pots...its been pizza almost everynight....occassionally taco bell....haha) but anyways thats as much as I know now...will keep everyone updated and thank you all again :)

Would you mind telling us how much you estimate the cost to be for the company to pay for it?

It will be an education. Sit in on anything you can, incuding the dealings with the lawyer. Tell your folks that it is a learning experience for you.

Of course the classes and homework come first. The attorney knows that you had repeatedly informed the landlord that the roof leaked and fiing it was put off?

how fortunate bettas can survive in a thousand tiny cups! what amazing survivors these little fish are...
