Well i aquired a nice tank from eBay, so im back in the game =]

Hope you all think i got a bargain and like the tank.
It suits the decor of the room too.

Can anyone recommend a filter and heater for this size aquarium.

That IS a Great Bargain for only 40quid.

An External, Fluval, Eheim would be great on that.

OMG that tank is lush

I need a bigger tank and was looking, but I think I am looking to local for cost, everything I found goes for OVER £100

As said before, I think you cannot go wrong with an external Eheim, fantastic kits, or if its out your budget, internal Fluvals are good (I used 2 fluval 3, one at both ends and kept tank going suffiently)

i just brought a tank very similar to this. i set up a fluval 205 external filter and have to say im quite impressed

Thanks for all the nice comments people.
Very excited about getting back into the hobby.

Its just over 4 foot long and just over a foot and a half wide i believe, so 300L+ thereabouts?
I'll look into the suggested external filters, i'd rather run one of them than two fluval 4+'s for example.

Not sure what i want for stocking yet.
All i know is i cant go wrong with black substrate, black background and well planted bogwood.
