auto scale is on!!
keeps giving me this error

Try resizing it to the correct size without the auto scale on ... i dont even think the auto scale works lol

Just resize it to 120x120 or smaller and it will work. I don't think auto scale works.

Simplest way is to just upload to Photobucket. You can click edit and resize it there. Then just paste the URL into your avatar.

Microsoft also have a plugin where you can just right-click on the image and select resize.

I find that by far the easiest way to do it.
