Not sure whether I got the spelling right or not, but thats the average price? I have been quoted how much they would be specially ordered from West Bridgeford Garden & Aquatic Centre. However, I would like second opinions on a good price, as I want to make sure im getting a good deal, and healthy fish at the same time. :)

In the US, no more than $3.00 and sometimes I can find them cheaper. I think the UK equivalent is like 1.5£ or so. Might not be a straight currency conversion with fish though.

Ok thanks, they are saying due to it being a special order they want £2.50 each.. or 5 for £10.00.

yup £2.50 each is about average in my area

Ok so 5 for £10 is a good deal then? Even if it was slightly-overpriced, I would be happy. That aquatics place looks after its livestock, and all staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. I am happier to pay a little more for something, when I know it will be healthy and mature. :)

Hi Fishkeeper2004 :)

Here in New York, the lfs sells my bronze corys for $2.99 each. That would be the equivalent of 1.73 GBP. Of course, they are a fair size for young corys, and having been raised in local water, they are healthy and easily adapt to their new owner's tanks. :D

I payed $1.99 US Dollars a piece for mine, both Albino and Bronze. I have seen them lots of other places for like $3.29-3.69 a piece

i get mine for 2.50 usually but if the LFS needs to get rid of em i can get 2 for 2.50

Bronze cory's are usually the cheapest at my local lf's, at the moment they are selling them at £1.50 each.
