Avatar sizes

A minor update not really upgrade is that I've increased the avatar size during the avatar competition slt and cry and stix and tyvex will know what I mean, I realised how pitifully small some of the avatars were! The maximum size is now 90x90 pixels compared to previously 64x64 so you can have avatars approximately 50% bigger if you want.
