I just read the thing about the fish scam and saw your post.

YOur pictures which I'm assuming is your 'signature' (I'm new at this), I wanted to know what one of the fish were.

I just posted a thingy b4 saying I dont' know what my "dwarf flag" fish is. THe 3rd fish on the top row of your fish looks exactly like my mysterious fish.

Please please please, can you tell me what it is, assuming you know of course. PLEASE

thankyou. My fish looks exactly like that one, except it's not got the prominant spots. But the speckly fins and the feelers are identical. Would my fish still be a pearl gourami.

Plus, this is just incase you mis the post on the main thing. I'm new so don't know the fastest way to reach people.

You should post your replies about a topic in the same thread, not start new threads. (I deleted the other one!).

There are a number of reasons. First, it keeps everything related to a question together and maintains context, everyone reading the thread knows what is going on. A new thread that justs says thanks is only going to be understood by the people who a) read and B) remember the other thread.

Perhaps more importantly, new threads puch other peoples threads down the page, and maybe off the front page completely. This is fine if the threads are relevent new general threads, but is unfair to other posters if they simply contain personal messages to another member.

If you want to send a Personal/Private message to another member, use the PM system - that is what it is for

Hope that helps. If you don't understand how to use the board, just ask, there are loads of people around to help you
