Be aware that in upcoming contests, some entrants will get as many friends as possible to vote for them. You might consider doing likewise. Unlike contests here on TFF where we dont allow you to get friends to join mainly to vote for you, there are no such rules for your art contests.

you sold both artworks (the only artist who sold their paintings) and in addition you won $250. Not a bad workday, not bad at all.

That is awesome!!! The only artist to actually sell their paintings... That seems like a huge win in my opinion.
How much were they sold for I wonder?
I think the total was $150 so JB gets $75 and the company gets $75.
Do they supply the canvas or do you have to bring a certain size canvas?

They supply the canvas, paint, and easel. You have the option to bring your own paint as long as it meets certain criteria (I’m picky about my paint so I brought my own)
You are required to bring your own brushes/tools unless you want to use their really sucky ones
