i have both except red phantom

yes they both seem to be hardy

i havent had them very long tho

Black Phantom Tetras are more hardy then the Red Phantom. Neither is as hardy as the Black Widow, (Black Skirt). There are other hardy tetras - it depends really, why do you ask?

just i had loadsof them and they were al wiped out by ICH
