Are these neon or cardinal tetras ?

Hey Everyone I just bought 10 tetras from a local pet shop but the owner is not a master in fish knowledge so he claims those are neon tetras sold me those 2$ ea ,but when i took those to a friend who is working with fishes for years he claims that those are cardinal tetras ? can you please guys help me identify which type of tetras are those ? maybe there is two species in there too ? or they all cardinals ? and if you can tell if there is a females and males please ?

Females are likely to be fuller bellied but it's not always easy to tell male from female. You can be sure you'll have a mixture in a group that size.
 
I can see the odd white spot on the fins of your cardinals. This could be debris in the water or a disease called ich. Can you tell us if the spots are on the fish??
BTW cardinals need a bit warmer water than neons so it’s good that you asked.
I see them too; I see in one of the images that the spots are blurred with fish movement.
