Aquiring a Female Betta

The thing is, I have a super small room and I can only fit :
-2 20 gallon tanks
-a 10 gallon
-a 29 or bigger gallon tank in the corner (but i want a semi aggressive tank in there)
-2 2.5 gallon tanks
-room on my shelve (35 lbs limit)
-2 2 gallon tanks.

I was look in of the petsmart website and looking a this particular mini tank:
Here

Is that ok for bettas to be in?

hmm darn. I really wouldn't suggest keeping only teh two of them in the 2G through -_- kinda risky. Do you have any other community tanks?

That tank from Petsmart is only a 1/2 gallon. I wouldn't suggest putting a betta in it. I got one as a gift one and it is my emergancy hospital tank.

yeah i wouldn't recommend putting your betta in the .5G either. Waht do you have in the 10G maybe you can put them in there?

and that right there is packing my room so full i dont even have any desk space and space to work on :/

my one 20 gallon tank is community. The other option is that i could set up those tank seperation net plactic thingys.

okay that won't wrok...do you have another 10g?

you could try putting them in the 20g and see how that wokrs out.

I was lookin in the yellow pages and i found a fish store called "Davy Jone's Locker" Im going to go call soon.

omg, you would buy a fish from a store called Davy Jone's Locker? talk about your bad omens..

Lol they have alot of buisness and i called them up , they have alot of fish but no female bettas..only males

anyways....no i dont have another 10 gallon tank

u should try aquabid, iv seen and am getting sum really nice fish there. they arn't expensive and all u gotta do is pay up and have a tank redy. females on aquabid starte at around 10 bucks. it is good to breed the same species enstead of getting hybrids, becasue u gotta think about how ur gunna get rid of all of em after the're grown up. there realy isn't a real big market for hybrids

AquaBid

you dont have room for another 10 gal?
come on! you have to!

i have 2 10gal female community tanks that are both well planted with lots of hiding places. one has 6 girls and the other has 7.

4 is the magic number. you can do more but no less.
i would also say for multiple females, use nothing less than a 10gal tank.

no-i would not put a betta in that 1/2 gallon thing.

hope that helps. :)

The thing is I DONT HAVE ROOM :-(
Amagine a porta potty times 9 and that the size of my room
so small!

Okay - so where are you planning on putting the 50-300 betta spawn? All the males have to have their own jar.... -_-

Sorry, but you did specify you wanted to breed...
