You have Java Fern at each side of the rock on the right hand side, you need to pull this out of the substrate otherwise it will rot. Attach it to either the wood or stone because the rhizome (root) needs to be above the substrate. 
Also I cant tell from the picture but it looks like you have Anubis planted in front of the same rock, if so it also needs to be removed from the substrate and secured to a rock or wood as again the rhizome needs to be above the substrate 

 
When your stem plants start to grow higher you can trim and replant them to help up the plant density, out of interest are you dosing any ferts?

yeah ive moved the java fern onto a couple of rocks now thanks for spotting that, no its not anubis. 
Yeah ill hopefully be doing that but replanting them in my other tank im setting up.
