Appropriate Top Level Dwelling Fish

Title says it all really.

Im looking for some nice colour to add to the top of my tank. My PH is 6.5/6.8 and the temperature is kept in the low 80's.

Current inhabitants are Discus, Cardinal tetras, a Blue Rainbowfish and a Blue Line Goby. Thanks

I have fancy guppies they are always close to the surface. They are in a planted 80gal with discus. Some people don't like keeping guppies with discus but I don't have any problem.

hatchet fish are a very interesting fish but you will have to see if they are compatable with higher temps that discus need

I think I'd be more inclined towards the guppies, I'm looking for colour in my tank Would dwarf gouramis be compatible?

Dwarf gouramis, or my favorite, pearl gouramis would be an excellent choice. Do a trio of 1m/2f and they'll be happy.
