Apple Snails Toxic?

Hello, im new here at fish forums. Im just wondering if anything should eat an apple snail (fish, other pets like turtles or dogs or cats ANYTHING) do they get sick?

Do (mystery) snails have some kind of toxic in them?

There are recipes for people to cook with apple snails on applesnail.net so if people can eat them i can't see them being toxic.

I do not think they are toxic at all. But just in case I would not try feeding it to my pet

Remember that what goes in, must come out. I hope that snail shell wasn't too big.
