IMO,
i don't see anything wrong with hybrids,
do you understand that most types of dogs/ cats and ALOT of horses/rabbits/guinea pigs (etc) would not exist without crossing 2 different kinds?
i DO see what you are all saying about the dying methods
i do to find this both disgusting and dangerous
but i do not see blood parrot cichlids as an "abomination" or someone "trying to play god"
not to start a war
just stating my opinion
WRONG!
A hybrid among fish is created by mixing two completely different species, while a horse or cat or dog is from the same species. A hybrid among fish is about as natural as a lion and a domestic cat breeding, the fish do not want to do it, they are forced too by having hormones injected into the water that makes their systems go haywire.
That is where a lot of this misconception comes from, it is not like two different dogs breeding together, because there is only one species of dog, they just have different characteristics. A Mutt bred from a corgi and a Pomeranian, for example, is about as much of a hybrid from a fat person with blond hair and a skinny person with red hair having a baby.
They are two completely different things, and it is a disgusting and horrible thing, creating these mutant fish (which, by definition is exactly what they are)

EDIT:
I forgot this part
fact: most dog types come from wolves, foxes and other wild dogs
they are hybrids of hybrids of hybrids........
Yes, but they are domesticated/inbred into what they are today. just like neon tetras and zebra Danio's are mere shadows of what they look like (and how their immunity system is built up) in the wild because they have been so widely distributed and inbred.
