Api genral cure

So I think I figured out my problem with my tank I think I had an infestation of gill and skin fluke and I'm dosing the tank with api genral cure is there anything I can do if this doesn't work

other outside bacteria mediciine i think. general might not work taht well because it is for internal and externa;. should work

I heard it was pretty decent for skin and gill fluke i just dosed them yesterday and I gotta dose them on friday I'm just trying to make sure my fish don't die
