it says it does 1500 lph but dont know if its with or without media, whats your views, i know its out of stock but have been offered one and want someone who has used one like this or has seen reviews of it.

Yeah, I've got one

I run it along with a Eheim Classic 2217, on my 450 liter tank. I got it when I first bought the tank, the shop owner threw it in, along with a lighting unit to sweeten the deal. I wasn't that fussed as I had my Eheim. However I thought it would be better to run them together for a bit of extra filtration and a bit of a belt and braces just in case one failed. It has been running fine without issue, and the output seems as good as the Eheim. The build quality isn't the same as Eheim, Tetratec, Fluval, etc., but I am guessing the price is a good bit less??

It does the job of passing water through the filter media, and pushing clean water out the end. It's silent, has a priming pump....... not really sure what else I can say about it. Oh, the shut off valves on the pipes are a little delicate so you need to be gentle turning the taps, as I did manage to pull one off, but it went back together afterwards.
