Anyone Used Esha Exit For Whitespot

seems the dreaded whitespot has started in the tank could only get hold of a treatment called eSHa EXIT anti-whitespot treatment, was just about to do 50% water change and up temp as in above sticky but on the instructions it says you can start dosing without doing any of the above.
Would you still reccomend doing the water change/bump temp or go by there instructions?

I tend to do a water change before treating whitespot using Waterlife Protozin just to make sure the nitrates are low whilst treatment as I would have thought good water quality will also help the fish fight the disease. Also bear in mind that most treatments advise against water changes during treatment as this will dilute the treatment. I never turn up the temperature using Protozin and it has always worked successfully. Good luck
