Anyone have any experience with sleep paralysis and/or seizures?

Fun fact: 20,000iu is the recommended dose of D3 daily. We make 25,000iu in full sun in 15-25 minutes.
Speaking as a physician I can tell your fun fact is incorrect.
The recommended dose of vitamin D3 depends on factors such as age, health status, geographic location, and specific needs. Here are general guidelines from health organizations:

Daily Recommended Intake
  • Infants (0–12 months): 400 IU (10 mcg)
  • Children (1–18 years): 600 IU (15 mcg)
  • Adults (19–70 years): 600 IU (15 mcg)
  • Adults (71 years and older): 800 IU (20 mcg)
  • Pregnant and breastfeeding women: 600 IU (15 mcg)
Safe Upper limits
Infants (0–6 months): 1,000 IU (25 mcg)
Infants (7–12 months): 1,500 IU (37.5 mcg)
Children (1–8 years): 2,500–3,000 IU (62.5–75 mcg)
Adults and children (9+ years): 4,000 IU (100 mcg)

I've taken 20,000iu for years. Do I look out for anything? Cause I don't see any cons. Too much iron for no reason would cause problems, my mother did that by accident (or well, she completely brainless)

too much vitamin D can elevate the blood calcium level and cause kidney stones among other disorders.

Message me Rocky you know I’ve got experience and I can point you to good doctors in your area

Oh right I see. I'll keep taking as I am, and I'll go check myself up with a doc soon. Never missed a day of my D3 intake

How did you pick 20,000 IU? I have never seen a capsule greater than 5000IU.
