Any Idea What’s. wrong?

Like @Deanasue said RO is reverse osmosis water. It is filtered under pressure to remove just about all minerals and particles out of the water so it is just about pure water or soft water. Tetras are soft water fish and can have issues living in hard water.

Thank you. We're a soft water area, so should be okay in that respect.

The shape of the belly doesn't show that she's carrying eggs. If it was, she would be more round shaped and that's not to be seen overhere. But at this point it would be a guess what it really is.

We shall see. I’ve treated her for parasites and given her an antibiotic. She’s lively as all get out and surfing the glass to go back in with her buddies. Poor baby. :(

She’s back to normal! I don’t know if the epsom salt or the Metroplex did the trick but she’s normal again!
Oh that's great! Sometimes you never find out what it was, just end up grateful that it's fixed :D
I never discovered what type of worms my fish had, but they had the symptoms, I lost some young fish and a favourite adult, and another was going downhill, so I used two wormers, one for round and one for flat. Never found out which worm it was, but the sickly adult recovered and the fry losses stopped, so that's the main thing!

Is she back with the others now?:fish:

Yes, she’s home with her friends and happy as a lark!

No, just the sick one with salt. I did treat the whole tank for parasites. :)

This morning the dang Tetra was swollen again after breakfast. I moved her back to the QT tank to fast her and treat her again. Tonight, she’s gone! Committed suicide. Can’t find her anywhere either. Checked the filter, gravel, plant. I looked with a flashlight everywhere and then my husband did. Nothing...anywhere. I even brought my dog in to sniff around. Still nothing. Moved everything around. It was just her time, I guess. :(
