Any Idea What This Is On My Peppered Cory?

what temperature are you keeping your peppered cory(s) at? They should be kept at 18-20°C and no higher than 23°C :good:

Well atm the main tank is at 30°C for white spot treatment :) A good water temperature can range from 70 to 78 degrees Fahrenheit which is about 22 -27°C, usually i keep my tank at about 25°C. I got this information from here on the fish species place :) peppered corys

that's cool. it's just the peppered corys in particular should be kept cooler than most other corys and higher temperatures will simply shorten their life span.

By the way how do you make the "degrees" symbol? lol i just copied and pasted yours :)

if you keep hold of your Alt key and type 0176 then let go of Alt you should get °
..there are many others too

¼ (Alt+0188) ® (Alt+0174)

I wouldn't cut the med course to short just because the red mark gone.
How long have you been treating.

I am about to post something really similar to this. I did a water change today and found that my cory cat has an open red sore and large white patch on its side now.

woops i already put him back in last night, lost two more neons that i put in my hospital tank last night too :( He's been in there since Tuesday not long really but he really did look better i was just worried in case he got what ever my platy has (suspected columnaris)

You could of cut the med to short. Bacterial infections can soon flare back up if you didn't kill all the bacteria.

Is it possible to load a pic up of the sick fish.
Does the sore have any dead white tissue around the edges.
The white patches are they fluffy looking or bleaching beneath the skin.
