Best thing to do is ring your local ones and ask them some do and some don't - usually it depends on the fish and the shop.

Im from Sheffield, no fish stores in sheffield buy fish from you. They will take them free, but won't buy them. What are you wanting to rid? I could be interested myself as im needing some more stock in my tank.

I recently gave the fish in my display to Sheffield Aquatics, he wouldn't buy him though, he told me nobody really does, as its not proffitable.

I usually find it best to give unwanted fish to a fellow fishkeeper. Then at least I know it's gone to a good home.

depends on what fish. fish inc at hansworth and pet station at rotherham both said theyd buy certain home bred fish when i asked. alltough i think fish inc shut down quite a while ago
