I have a pair of angels, who had 50 or so babies, who eventually were free swimming, although they have now disappeared.
Could the adults have eaten them and what should I do to prevent this happening again?

They probably did eat them, this happens with newer pairs, or fish that are spooked. Limit commotion in and near the tank, and try some sort of night light for at night. Something as simple as a lamp near the tank works well.

BTW, congrats on the parent raisers, I've been trying for a couple of years to get pairs to pull this off. Often angels that were parent raised end up being parent raisers.

Thanks for the reply.
The tank is in a room near frequent walking by....
but difficult to move, they have more eggs already, would it be ok to move the eggs once they turn into wrigglers or should i put the parents into my oscar tank to keep them separated???
