My fathers angelfish is getting worse. I'll post photos of the progression of whatever this is, with the last photo taken from this evening. I really need help diagnosing what this is as I'm at a loss. Water tests come back normal, even took to my LFS and nothing read wrong. Water changes and temperature have been maintained. No new occupants/plants/decor have been added. She started out with what looked like a blister to the actual tissue beginning to spit/recede and then be covered in this fuzz. Was originally treating with kanaplex with partial water changes before each new dose and she only worsened. My father took the advice if someone at the LFS and is using api e.m. erythromycin thinking its mouthrot or a bacterial infection. I'm not sure as I wasn't there for the conversation. Her final dose of medicine is tomorrow. It seems the fuzz seems to recede then flare up from the morning to the evening but the wound beneath I don't think is getting better. I should mention that her tank mates are cories and a baby BN pleco not even 1/10th her size.
