This is really great, and I thank you very much for bringing this up.

I speak for myself ultimately, but consider myself to be one of the many on this forum who lack experience, but want to feel part of the scene.
A fellow with a cause, a comrade, a like mind, etc etc.

But, how many newbie threads are answered with: Your tank's too small, your fish are too big, too many fish, wrong fish, check stats......

It can all be a bit intimidating, and usually comes from someone with 1000+ posts who probably delivers their advise after making the same mistakes that they condemn us for making now.

I am here because I want to learn about a hobby, not a calling from a higher authority. Esfa has a valid point in his "Elitsm" thread, and if a bunch of you more experienced galls/guys want to join together and help us newbies, then respect to you.
