i hate to say this but i do not care for BETTAS AT ALL, and its seems like everyone here LOVES THEM! i hope u dont chop my head of and spit knowledge to me about bettas, cause i really dont care, hope u dont hate me. they seem so boring and ugly(sometimes)

Different strokes for every folks.....You may not like them but a lot of people do....Just wondering have you ever seen a betta flare??? a regular betta might be ugly to you..what about the exotic ones like the crowntail or the veiltail with some amazing combo of colour.....

Well everyone (usually) has a fish (Or type of fish) they don't enjoy, for me, Guppies, platys swordtails and mollys I usually don't like tetras and other characins or ciprinids, but I'm beginning to accept them. It's your opinion to not like bettas so you shouldn't be beat up for it. Although I don't know why you posted this for all to see Nice knowing you! J/K (But seriously, your dead meat)

Well I own 8 bettas and they seem pretty hard to me ESPECIALLY BREEDING..U got to condition them and all this..See But I dont fine them easy-going PETS...I find them pretty Ruff.., Just my Two Cents

Also u said people who want bettas dont want to get into the hobbie.............. WELL UR WRONG THERE TOO. I own atleast 5 Tanks....Im into breeding some cichilds and guppys....Actually I am a TRUE FISH LOVER...And if owning a betta seems to be the low leaques WELL EXCUSE.....ME!

just kdding........but how could u not liek them. u probably seem them when theyre at there worst at the lfs. at my lfs they keep them in community tanks and there own tanks. then ull see why we relly like em.

Another good reason..

Bettas seem boring to people just beacuse they see them in little cups at Walmart and other LFS But Once u give a betta the chance to see his colors his fins...U CANT RESIST ..... I think other betta Owners like Bkk,Heather,Freshmike,Julie,Bittersweet, AND MANY MORE will totally agree with me ...

You reminded me to add the betta I just inherited a few days ago from son to my signature. He got tired of him so I adopted him but all I have right now is a 1 gallon tank to put him in. I have 2 of them now. I think they're beautiful fish. Mine are very active and love attention.

the fish i hate goldies and guppies, mostly guppies, there so ugly cept maybe there tails

and for bettas i don't like the big tailed ones jus the short fins look nice i think
