Be carefull not to overstock. The normal guidelines is 1" of fish for 1 gallon of water, which applies to fish 3" or smaller. Larger fish, though unwritten, should probably fall under the rule of 1" of fish for each 5 gallons of water. This is due to larger fish produce more waste, need more swimming room, get more aggressive.
Keep an eye on the tetras. Tetras a VERY SENSITIVE to water conditions. With the tank still cycling, they may not last too long. Check the water parameters frequently and when the amonia or nitrites spike, perform a 10%-15% water change.
