weez there are tons of different feather dusters and they wont all have those white tips, find out what it is before you go chucking LR around, i have loads of very small feather dusters (well a few) harmles filter feeders. but woody said its a glass anemone so check that out, as looking again at your pic i would say it's not a feather duster
