Hi all,

I posted this in the new world cichlid bit but it was looked at and no replys :( thought id try here...

When i put in an algae wafer all the fish try for a bit to eat it but its mainly for the corys, but the angel and the rams have a bit too. For the past 3 days now the rams have decided they want it for them selfs and are going for everything that trys to come near :( is this normal for rams to do this? The male and female have been taking turns to nip/try and nip the corys, angels and then once they get half way round the tank and lose the cory or angel it will go for a neon or sissortail. The male is starting to get dark fins (two that hang down at the front) and the female has a stripe with runs vertical thru her eye and its went Jet black... Never seen them act like or even look like this.

Any one have any clue why they are acting like this and if my corys will be ok?

i got rams too, i think that is how they act, plus the line going through the eye is normal.
