Aggression In My Tanks Helppppp

I would not get rid of one clown loach. You either have to get rid of all of them or none, or else they willb e stressed. They like to be it groups. They SHOULD get to 12". The reason they don't is because people mistreat them and they die early.

I agree. They like to school, so dont get read of just one it will make them unhappy, and it would be best to rehome them all together so they will be happy. I wouldnt want to get read of them either. I would definatly exchange them for yoyo loaches. They are fantastic fish! They are active and cute! Very very fun to watch. You could also get more, and they stay small too!

Here is a pic of mine:

Aint he cute!!!!

You should get five! :good:

Clown loaches will get large, BUT they grow at a slow rate. Only your children or probably great gran children would see them at their full adult size. Therefore, they should be fine in a 55 gallon tank for awhile. I kept 5 in a 55 gallon tank for several years, before moving them into my 125 gallon tank.

I believe the skirt tetras are fin nippers and may tear up the fins of the angels.

Well the teras have Never touched the angels, but keep in mind the lone angel I have left is full grown and would make mince meat of the tetras.
