So, I added a new fake plant, along with two caves. They seem to be doing fairly well. They spend most of the day hidden in a cave that I have lol is this normal?

it is quite normal, especially due to the adjustment - - like I said, they naturally like to hide - a dimmer environment will be calmer to them.

Will they always be like that? Cause I came back tonight and they were swimming around the tank a bit. Is it necessary to always have the light on, they aren't nocturnal are they?

no they will not always hide, but may often hide.

They are not nocturnal. A day / night cycle is very important - - these frogs do not have eye lids and need a "night time" in order to rest. They never fully sleep because they need to frequently surface to breathe, but they do go into a state of relaxation where they are not fully awake. If you keep the light on then they stay stimulated and can become over exhausted with out being able to rest.

Is it recommended that I feed these little guys everyday? or every other day?
