Fish Herder
We honestly are just trying to help. We don't want your frog to die, but unless you give us the answers we need, we can't help your frog. These animals are sold in tropical fish stores to unsuspecting customers like you. They are not community fish. They are aquatic amphibians. They have different needs than tropical fish have. You said your tank has been up for a month and you sound very frustrated. I take it things are not going the way you pictured. The reason for this is the fact that your filter probably isn't cycled and you have not done any research on the animals you are trying to keep. This will also be your frog's problem. These guys are very sensitive to ammonia and nitrite. You need to get a test kit or have your water tested at your lfs. Or you can sit and watch your frog die. Since you seem so frustrated, and you are asking for help, I don't think you want this to happen. Please, help us to help you. Answer our questions and we will do what we can to help. I will even help with some research, which I have already started on your behalf.
