hi ive got 2 adf had them for awhile now did have a betta in
with them but not anymore so on there own now ive seen both mine shed there skin is this normal? some advice would be nice thanks

Yes they will shed they're slime coat.
Its perfectly normal as long as your water condintions are appropriate.
If your water is dirty, full of harmful levels of ammonia, nitrate or nitrite it may be a problem.
If you used any medications in the tank to cure desease of some sort then it may be a problem.
Any med's that contain harse chemicals/metals shouldnt be used, as the frog has no scales to protect itself, they will absorb it through the skin.
Just as a pointer, use melafix or pimafix with the frogs.
Some will probably disagree but I think melafix and pimafix are the best med's on the market, if used properly.

The beta may of harassed the ADF so much it shed its skin, I've read in a few places that ADF and beta's are ok together, but in my case it wasnt, sometimes it taking a chance houseing anything with a beta, test and trial is the only sure way to decide for yourself.

Otherwise, your frog should be fine if none of the above are present or happening.

my betta not been in with my frogs for bout 2mths now but thanks for the reply
