At the beginning of october i boought a co2 kit from a shop on ebay. it for some reason took paypal 2 weeks to pay them... fair enough
I e-mailed them when they had payment asking when i woud receve it.... nothing
i e-mailed them again after another couple of days asking.... they said i should have it last tuesday....
NOTHING, by this time i`m getting pretty angry. si emailed them again, they said it should have arried yesterday....
I saw that there phone number was in practical fish keeping (the aquatic centre in edinburgh)
They don`t even answe the phone......

All in al avoid this shop.
If i havent receved it by 5 pm today i`m reporting the item not receved and kicking off a big fuss!
Any one know what fall back i have? never really used ebay before

If you report them to ebay and leave negative feedback that will cause them problems in the future as a lot of people will not buy from someone who has had bad feedback

Then tell paypal too.

Then flood them with hate filled emails to really irritate them !!

Just out of interest did you buy the D-D complete co2 kit?

as i see its been removed from the`re shop and so i`m guessing they`ve sold out and have none to send us so are just stringing us along till they get some more...

well after much worrying, I just got back from buying some new airline to find my package had arrived!!!! I threatened them with action yesterday so you may well receive your goods soon!!

All you have to do is file a dispute with paypal. You just have to say why you are not satisfied (in your case because you didn't recieve the goods) Then they can respond etc etc. Then a paypal specialist person will look at your case and will probably force them to refund you - unless they have proof that the parcel was delivered to your address which i doubt.

You can also file complaints with ebay if you wish.

Woah, im doing my work experiance there in a few weeks . Whenever i've been in there, they have been great help, really happy to sort out any problems i've had .

This puts me off a bit......ive only ever had good experiance with them.

I wouldn't be put off too much. There actual store may be run really well - sonds like it's there online shop where improvments need to be made.
