Abandoned tank

Hi all,
I am a complete newbie needing advice. My husband has lost interest in our 100 litre tank and I cant stand looking at it any more. The reason he has given up is 2 very boisterous angel fish! I would love to start the tank over again but have no clue where to start.
Any ideas how I can get rid of the Angel's so I can restock?

You can try to give them to your LFS. Or try giving the, away for free on Craigslist, LetGo, GumTree, FaceBook market, etc.

People usually won’t buy fish off of sights like that.

can't post them on Facebook anymore, not even for free. So I dont suggest that route.

But try local ad sites for sure!

Yeah, I guess a certain animal group pressured them about it, so FB does not allow any animal listing at all. Not rehomes, not sales, nothing. The posts will be removed and you very well can be banned for it now too.

It sucks.

Anyone admining animal groups now can't allow any member to post about rehomes anymore because it can cause the whole group to be shut down.

I am on many fish/aquarium related facebook group and we can sell fish, we just write something like "anybody wants 4 silvertip tetras? send me a private message for more info". It's just very important not to put $ signs and price

Yeah I admin a couple bird groups and I can tell you this is not really allowed. Some get through fine, but many get removed. Its a gamble.
