hi all
I have just done a clean on my Jebo 809 cannister.
after putting it all back together and moving on to the next tank
I noticed a puddle of water on the carpet.

I rushed over and discovered that both taps had cracked where the valve turns them on/off.
IMHO this is a poorly made essential piece of kit. I had some spare Eheim taps and tried to use those,
but alas they are not compatible with the main body of the pump.

good job I have a spare eheim hanging around and have managed to get that set up.
I guess the point of this is, if you have a jebo I suggest that you order spare taps now,
don't wait until you need them, have them to hand.
my jebo is just under 3 year old but the taps are around 2 years as I had already replaced both due to a leaking one.

oh and if anyone wants a Jebo 809 (needs new taps and pipe) it would need collecting as it is large and postage would be
extortionate, let me know, I shall not be using it again.
