A New 18 Gallon Tank

I'm afraid I have to agree. They'll likely be dead before they get any bigger :(

Burmese Red Fin Silver Shark (12 - 15cm)
Common name: Burmese Red Fin Silver Shark.

Species: Cyclocheilichthys janthochir.

could be these.. :(

and i think they are Apple snails..which when they die give out ammence ammounts of Ammonia...thing you need to take them back mate ... you simply havent got room :/

I dont think people like you should be allowed to keep fish tbh. Its not the fact that your doing a fish in cycle (lords knows lots of people have fallen foul of that!) but that experienced members are giving you sound advice and you go against every word of it. We have all been into a fish shop and wanted to rescue everything in there but you cant do it. Moving them from one bad situation to another is no help at all.

Why bother asking questions in the first place if you ignore everything? Your just wasting peoples time.

Even worse than that; they're iridescent sharks, probably Pangasius hypophthalmus

YES YES YES, expert advice I have got, YES I had been informed, and YES I am making an effort on my side.AND I AM BLOODY SURE THAT WITH PROs LIKE YOU AROUND NOTHING CAN GO WRONG.

But you should see IF it was the bowl as the start NOW its a 18 Gallon and see the time difference in between its been two weeks all this has happened. Cos of hobbyst like you guys even a trll like me is able to keep fish and is willing to give an effort to DO IT RIGHT.

NO I have no intention to disregard anything what experts say,................ and if you won`t believe that tell me
How can anyone not listen to a friend. We all have been to schools and colleges, If we cherish anything than its the time we spent with our friends. I imagine you guys as my friends so i won`t do anything which will make you disheartened to such an extent.

And whats up with the whole negative attitude. Nothing is gonna die until its run its life ok.

See Pointing your finger is an easy task. What do you guys intend to do ? make me realise I did a bad thing ? Well I can bet on that you have done it. I am not writing this to prove what I am, but only to reassure you people that no troll has a HEART To get into this hobby.

The problem is though, that fish release a hormone into the water which stops their bodies growing. The bigger a fish's potential size, the more hormone they release. This hormone does not stop their internal organs growing. You end up with badly deformed fish.

Pangasius sharks are well known for being easily spooked and killing themselves by smashing into the sides of tanks when they grow larger - especially common in tanks that are too small, which, unless you have a pond, hobbyist tanks are. Not exactly a life of happiness...

we can say no more...its up to you where your path lies.
