Lol, i pick my lance fish up from work, we stock them in blister pack style trays or you can buy massive bags of them the make is Ruto.

Shouldn't be too hard to find if your LFS stocks frozen stuff ask them to get some in.

I put it in all my tanks every now and then.

2 lance fish easily disapear with the ammount of plecs in 1 of my tanks!!

My one has taken a live cricket aswell, surprised it reached the bottom actual the oscar usually stuffs himself

Mine love live crickets, most of the fish in their tank eat them, except for the geo

the crickets in the tank he was in rarely get eaten by anything apart from me oscar!!

He's changed tanks now so I'll load the tank up with crickets tonight!!
