Just make sure scales are not sticking out.
What does it look like when she goes to the toilet.
Is she being more aggressive and chasing fish away from her.

poop is brown. being chased by other fish, even smaller ones. not chasing anyone. no scales sticking out.

Did they all get eaten?
Did you float a plant at the top of the tank?

Some fry are good at hiding so you might have a few survivors.

aww thats a shame i assume shes a lot smaller now but no babies in the tank? im sorry i cant remember, is it a planted tank?
