75g Tank Overhaul

Secondly. I have a 2 litre bag of Tropica AquaCare+ Plant Substrate. Should I put this into the tank too? either as a layer or mixed into the soil?

Might as well use it mate, in the pic I mean have the spray bar facing towards the powerhead along the surface and then the power head will aid the flow back to the inlet mate.

:good: And powerhead in middle of other side facing downwards. :good:

And So It Begins . . . .

Started out by Draining off the 330 Litres, Some into a Large container where the fish will be house for the next day or so. Heater, filter, air pump all in here.

I spy with my little eye, something beginning with T

Tropica Aquasoil!!!

Let me know what its like dude.

Was up early today to get the tank sprayed before work. Was a little awkward as it was freezing, so needed to warm the can up slightly to ensure the paint was warm enough to make a good contact.

Process
Cleaned tank glass with water/vinegar/lemon solution.
Rinsed this off with clean water and removed excess water via squeegee (or however it is spelt )
First coat was a light mist to give the paint something to stick too on the following coats
Completed 4-5 Good coats, not moving across too quickly

Here's how it turned out, a little blury but looks reall good!
